Accounts Bookkeeping Task

Accounts duties:

* Maintenance of the Quickbooks bookkeeping system
* Debtor and Creditor Invoicing
* Monitor all payments received and debtor reconciliations
* Prepare creditor payments and creditor reconciliations
* Monitor cash flow
* Process Irish payroll
* Track all expenses by overhead category or project
* Liaise with external accountant to obtain all necessary tax clearance certificates, licences, C2 forms,
* Provide external accountant with all necessary information for annual financial reporting and tax payment purposes

Administration duties:

* Oversee computer and phone systems
* Maintain company’s filing system
* Assist with company promotional and publicity efforts
* Maintain database of company contacts and prospective customers
* Organise travel and meeting arrangements for staff
* Organise company insurance, company vehicles, and company benefits
* Conduct any other activities related to the smooth running and management of the business as required
